As the Executive Director of Revive Hospitality Services India Pvt. Ltd., he oversees operations across offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Bangalore.
Mr. Bhardwaj specializes in consulting for new hotel projects, facilitating franchise agreements with international hotel chains, and providing management expertise to hotel owners with a focus on achieving defined ROI and revenue share.
He also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Association of Hospitality Professionals Welfare India (AHPW). His strategic vision and leadership have earned him a distinguished reputation in the industry.
Dr. Manoj Chavan

Dr. Manoj Chavan brings over 25 years of experience in the Leela Group, where he excelled in public relations and developed extensive expertise in the hospitality industry. He is a prominent leader in the All India Hospitality Welfare Association, working tirelessly to improve the lives of hospitality professionals. As the Executive Director of the Small and Medium Entrepreneurs Federation, he supports small and medium businesses, helping them grow through strategic guidance and advocacy. Dr. Chavan also serves as the President of the All India Federation of Electric Charging Vehicles for Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Karnataka, where he drives initiatives to expand EV charging infrastructure and promote green mobility. Known as the Waterman of Maharashtra, he has made a significant impact in drought-affected villages by providing water tankers to fulfill the thirst of countless villagers. With his diverse experience in hospitality, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and humanitarian efforts, Dr. Chavan is dedicated to fostering growth, innovation, and positive change across industries and communities.

Mr. Anupam Vohra

Mr. Anupam Vohra is a seasoned hospitality professional and entrepreneur with over three decades of diverse experience. He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Pusa Institute, a B.Com from Delhi University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Software Engineering from the Department of Electronics, Govt. of India.
After completing a two-year Management Training Program with the Taj Group, where he held various managerial roles, Mr. Vohra expanded his expertise with Hilton Kuwait, overseeing operations at the Emir’s Palace. Upon returning to India, he founded The Deluxe Fine Catering and Event Management Services, a renowned venture catering to embassies, ministries, and private clients.
Currently, Mr. Vohra serves as Director of Business Development at The Parkside Hotels and Resorts and holds key positions in esteemed organizations like CII, the Association of Hospitality Professionals Welfare India, and international Chambers of Commerce. He is also a Moscow City MICE Ambassador and an advocate for AI and digital transformation in the hospitality sector.
