As the Executive Director of the Small and Medium Entrepreneurs Federation, he supports small and medium businesses, helping them grow through strategic guidance and advocacy. Dr. Chavan also serves as the President of the All India Federation of Electric Charging Vehicles for Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Karnataka, where he drives initiatives to expand EV charging infrastructure and promote green mobility. Known as the Waterman of Maharashtra, he has made a significant impact in drought-affected villages by providing water tankers to fulfill the thirst of countless villagers.
